Questions
Can I ask for passwords or payment details?
No. Forms can't be used to collect passwords, card or bank numbers, ID numbers or security codes.
Can people answer more than once?
By default each person answers once, checked by account or by an anonymous token in their browser.
How do I get my answers out?
Download them as a spreadsheet from the Responses panel any time.
